Overview
A summer job in 2019, then two training placements (työssäoppiminen) during ammattikoulu in 2020.
Kalajoen Teräs Oy, Aug–Nov 2020
Training placement in Kalajoki. Assembled metal frames and applied silicone, assembled small parts, and finished parts in a tumbling drum, plus other small jobs.
Ferral Components Oy, Feb–May 2020
Training placement in Kalajoki. Manual lathe and milling, and a bit of CNC machining.
KJH Com, summer 2019
Summer job where I moved between tasks as people left for and came back from summer holidays. Mostly knocking parts out of laser-cut sheets and finishing them when needed. Welding for a couple of weeks, and tapping threads by hand with a pneumatic tapper.
